Recommended Shipping Deadlines

Standard Shipping: Place your order prior to December 11 for delivery by December 24 in Canada and the USA
Express Shipping: Place your order prior to December 18 for delivery by December 24 in Canada and the USA

Due to the influx of orders during this busy time of year, it may take us a little longer than our standard 1-2 business day turnaround to get your order out the door. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please note, shipping carriers do not provide delivery guarantees during peak season.


Please be advised that due to COVID-19 and the increase in online ordering experienced all across North America, some delivery services and areas have been experiencing delays. During this time, any Service Guarantees have been suspended by all shipping carriers.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from us (unless an untracked shipping method was selected at checkout). Once your order has been shipped, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery related updates.

Postage Costs

We want to keep postage costs to a minimum, so we only charge a flat rate ($10) anywhere in Canada on retail orders - therefore it often makes sense to add more items to your cart to get the most out of your postage charge. 

Any retail orders shipped within *Canada over $75 (before taxes) qualify for free shipping. 

We mostly use UPS, and Canada Post when needed. We aim to ship same or next business day, depending on the time of day you place your order, but may have a delay of up to 4 business days depending on current order volumes, or during peak holiday seasons.

*Please note: areas that are hard to access by shipping carriers may not qualify for free shipping within Canada

Express Shipping

Whenever possible, we prioritize orders with express shipping. That being said, we print our last batch of orders at 12pm MST, so if you're placing an order with express shipping between 12-3:30pm, please give us a call at 403-457-9844, and we'll do our best to make sure it ships out the same day.


We could buy a new box for every order and pass the cost on to you... but we prefer to reuse packaging that has been sent to us - not only to keep your price down, but because it's just better for the environment. If your package comes with bubble-wrap, it's second hand. If we ever do need to use brand new packaging, we try to find the most eco-friendly products available.  


We don't want you to have to wait for all the fun gear that you've ordered just because one of the items is a pre-order, so please purchase pre-orders separately or your entire order will be held for shipping until the pre-order product arrives at our warehouse.

Why buy from within Canada?

If, like us, you've ever ordered online from a US company, you'll know that it's a gamble whether or not you'll be charged at the border with duties, taxes, and high brokerage fees (sometimes more than the value of the item!). Shipping costs are often higher, and sometimes your warranties aren't even valid in Canada. And that's all if you've managed to get to the final checkout page without finding a "State" field that only lists 50 options.

We've taken care of all the Canadian duties and taxes for you - and no nasty "extra charges" surprise when your package is delivered.

Distribution Agreements

Due to our distributor agreements, we are unable to ship KINTO products outside of Canada.

Showroom Pick-up

While our showroom is now open (with capacity restrictions), we understand that everyone has their own comfort levels, and want to ensure the safety of our staff and their families, customers and community.

If you feel more comfortable, we are still offering contact-free pickup as a shipping method for orders placed online.

UPS Standard

Within Alberta - 1-2 business days

BC/Saskatchewan - 1-3 business days

Manitoba - 2-4 business days

Ontario + Eastern Canada - 5 business days

This is our most affordable option within Canada, and is usually the method we’ll use when you select “Standard Shipping (Order less than $75)” or “Free Shipping Orders Over $75”. You will receive tracking with your guaranteed delivery date included with your shipping confirmation.


UPS Next Day Air Saver

1 business day

If you need to guarantee that your package will be delivered in less time than the standard option allows, this method will likely be your best friend! It has a guaranteed delivery time of one business day, and is usually the most affordable express shipping option (with a couple of exceptions, see Canada Post XpressPost).


Canada Post Xpresspost

1-4 business days

There’s a few locations where UPS isn’t able to deliver to (the Territories or P.O. Boxes) or where it becomes very expensive (rural Quebec). If you are in one of these locations and you need an express option, this is the one you’ll want to select.
