Q: Can I buy KINTO products at wholesale pricing?

A: If you are a cafe, restaurant, hotel, kitchen shop, or other retailer in Canada, then yes! We just require a $300 minimum order to receive wholesale pricing. This can be mixed between any amount of products from the Eight Ounce Coffee wholesale product range. Q: Will I be charged customs duties or import fees?

A: No. Our warehouses are located in Canada, and we don't drop-ship anything - so no surprises when your order is delivered! However, if you are ordering from outside of Canada, your country's customs authority may charge you import fees at the border, which will be collected from you upon delivery.

Q: Do you charge a credit card fee?

A: Absolutely not! We're happy to take payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Wire Transfer. We don't charge for any of these payment types. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my wholesale order?

A: As soon as your order is confirmed and payment details are taken, we aim to ship within 48 hours. After that, it all depends on how far away you are from the shipping location. If you are in the same province, it will generally arrive the next day. If we are shipping across the country, it can take up to 5-6 days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
